Bartering Pertaining to the Sale
- Flyer Distribution: (FULFILLED)
Sale flyers will be provided. You will be given a specific area to distribute flyers to and possibly a list of the exact locations to go to. This needs to be done approximately 2 weeks before the sale. Flyer distribution counts as ONE Volunteer Shift. - Gift Cards to Office Supply Stores: Office Depot, Staples, Office Max, etc. Email for amounts needed to qualify.
- Tables: (For every FOUR 6 ft tables lent, you can shop 1 hour before the Consignor’s Presale or 1 hour before your volunteer shopping time if you’re volunteering). Tables must be dropped of and picked up during a specified date and time.
- Large Metal or Plastic Shelving Units, Spinning Racks, Peg Boards with Pegs
- Use of a Large Enclosed Trailer or Moving Truck (like a UHaul): Counts as 2 volunteer shifts
- Storage Space: We need year round storage space for racks, bins, etc. 12 months storage counts as 3 volunteer shifts for 2 sales!
- Snacks for Volunteers: (FULFILLED). You provide two HOMEMADE snacks, one sweet & one non-sweet, enough for 30 people and bring snacks to sale on your designated day.
- Drinks for Volunteers: (FULFILLED). You provide 36 cans of cokes, 36 cans of diet cokes, and 36 water bottles.
