Here are Step by Step instructions for transferring your inventory from one of our sales to the other. Make sure you follow these instructions VERY CAREFULLY or it is a strong possibility that your items will not scan correctly at the sale.
BEFORE you begin, make sure of the following:
1. VERY IMPORTANT! The sale you are transferring to has an EMPTY inventory list (including active and inactive inventory). You must delete ALL inactive inventory BEFORE transferring. If you want to add additional items, you must only do so AFTER you have completed the transfer. Failure to do this will result in your item numbers not matching up. Please email us if you have any questions about this step during the transfer process.
2. Check your inactive inventory list (once logged into the tagging page) for the sale you are transferring from. Activate the items you are planning to consign and delete the items you are no longer consigning.
Once you have done the above, you can begin transferring.
2. Log into the tagging page for the account where the items are currently, the account that you are transferring out of.
3. Once you’ve logged in on the tagging page, click “Move Inventory Out”.
4. Once on the Inventory Transfer Page, use the 1st drop down box to select the sale to transfer to.
5. Enter your Consignor Number and Password for that sale.
6. Click the box that says “Check/Uncheck ALL Items”. Do not select individual items. This will mess things up in the long run if you plan on transferring often. Check ALL items even if you do not plan on bringing all items.
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Submit”. Take note of the Batch ID you are given.
8. LOG OUT of your current account and then log into the other sale’s account via the tagging page, the one you are transferring inventory too. Make sure you actually log out of the first account because the system will not allow you to log into the second account while currently logged into another.
9. Select “Receive Inventory In”.
10. Select the box that matches the batch number you are receiving and click “Receive Selected Batch”.
You should be good to go! You should not need to re-tag if you have followed the instructions perfectly. If you have not followed them perfectly or wish to change a price, description, etc, you MUST to re-tag. Please email with any questions.
