Mindy Hyatt Spradlin is the CEO and Founder of Little Sprouts, Inc. and the owner of Little Sprouts Franklin. Mindy began Little Sprouts in the summer of 2008 after discovering that there were many consignment sales in the Middle Tennessee area but none that met the needs of moms, like herself, with more discerning tastes. Thus, Little Sprouts was born.

Like many moms, Mindy was looking for a way to stay home with her three children, Ellie (8), Libby (6) and Ben (1.5), while also contributing to her family financially. Her go-getter attitude and entrepreneurial nature made Little Sprouts the perfect match for her lifestyle and skill set.

When she’s not consigning, Mindy is busy running the family taxi service to and from school and extracurriculars, advocating for orphans, trying to face the mountain of laundry that has taken up permanent residence on her living room sofa, and reading “real food” blogs.  She is also the Advertising Director for MichaelHyatt.com, DonMillerIs.com and RagamuffinSoul.com. Yep, she’s one busy gal.
