Crew Member Info

**Crew Member Registration will open Thursday, Feb. 1, 8AM!

A Crew Member is someone who works with us, side by side at the sale, develops meaningful community, and has FUN in the process! Enjoy some kid-free hang time basically! ;)

~Crew Members shop FIRST! Yes, they shop before ANYONE else!~

**Shifts CANNOT overlap by more than 30 minutes. If they overlap by more than 30 minutes, you CANNOT do those shifts back to back.

 
 

Crew Members can choose to help out for ONE shift or THREE shifts.
Each shift is 4 hours.

If you work 3 shifts (12 hours), you’ll shop at 6:00PM on Monday, March 4. If you work 1 shift (4 hours), you’ll shop at 9:00AM on Tuesday, March 5.

Crew Members have the option to consign, but it is NOT mandatory. Many crew members choose not to consign and just sign up to get the early shopping perk.
Crew Member Consignors who sign up and show up for 3 shifts (12 hrs total), retain 75% of their consignor sales if they choose to consign.

ALL Crew Members who ARE consigning, regardless if they are working 1 or 3 shifts, will have the $15 Personnel Fee waived.

IMPORTANT: If you are consigning AND are also a Crew Member, you must use your consignor number/login information to register for a crew member shift. Do NOT sign up for your crew member shift/s using a separate login.

Crew Member Rules and Regulations

  • Children under 10 are not permitted to shop during the Crew Presales (with the exception of small infants in a body carrier).

  • Kids ages 13+ who would like to shop with a parent must work their own individual shifts. Each presale shopping spot is for ONE adult OR teen.

  • Please show up 10 MINUTES early for your shift so that you will have time to find out what your job will be and get any instructions that you may need.

  • Check in with Mindy or Laura as soon as you arrive.

  • Please be prepared to work your ENTIRE shift.

  • Babies and children are NOT permitted to come to your shift. Please make childcare arrangements. The only exception would be newborn babies (under 3 months), and there are a very limited number of shifts that would be suitable for bringing a newborn. Please contact us if you are needing to do this BEFORE you sign up to be a Crew Member. These spots are available on a first come, first serve basis.

  • If you are working as a crew member during drop off, make sure you do NOT select a drop off time while you will be working.
