+ What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. We have a 3.5% fee on all NON-CASH transactions.

+ What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Please inspect items prior to purchasing.

+ How can I shop before the sale is open to the public?

There are many options depending on how early you want to shop. If you want to shop FIRST, you’ll want to help out for a few hours as a Crew Member at the sale and in return, you get to get in the door before anyone else! If that doesn't work for you, we have a few others AMAZING preasles to choose from. YOu can view all the options here.

+ Is there an entrance fee to come shop?

It depends. If you are not attending a presale, the entry is free. Also, consignors and crew members do not have an entry fee. However, if you are attending a ticketed presale, there is a charge for the ticket.

+ Can I bring my children with me when I shop?

Children are absolutely welcome during the days when we are open to the general public and during our specific VIP presale that includes kids. Children under 10 are NOT allowed during any of the other presales with the exception of small infants in a sling/wrap worn ON THE BODY. This is STRICTLY enforced.

+ Is everything 1/2 price on half price day?

Any item that says “Discount: Yes” will be 1/2 price on Saturday. We encourage all consignors to allow their items to go 1/2 price, but that choice is decided by each individual consignor.

+ Do you have bags and shopping carts?

We do not have shopping carts, but we have awesome HUGE shopping bags for shoppers to borrow. You are welcome to bring your own as well.
