Rack Check Procedure
All hanging items brought into consignor drop off will be placed on one of our hanging racks. Those coming into the building (regular drop off) will place their own items on a rack. Racks will be available to use right inside the door. Those dropping off via car outside (drive thru drop off and wave 2 drop off) will have their items placed on a rack by our crew members.
BEFORE you approach our check-in station or pull up to outside drop off, make sure ALL hanging items are separated by gender, put in size order (smallest to largest), and all “specialty” items pulled to the back of the rack. Once they are in your car and/or placed on a rack in this specific order , you may proceed to the check-in line.
ALL racks will be checked based on the checklist below before you can proceed. Check your items at home against this list first so you don’t have any surprises. If items are found to be prepared incorrectly, you will be required to fix them BEFORE YOU CAN CHECK IN.
We are NOT inspecting items during this. It is just a check to make sure they are prepped correctly. Actual inspection happens later.
